Pupil Premium

Our Pupil Premium ethos is rooted in an unwavering belief that every disadvantaged pupil can achieve highly, thrive personally, and access the same opportunities as their peers, regardless of background. We are committed to identifying and removing barriers to learning through evidence-informed approaches, placing high-quality teaching at the heart of our strategy and using funding where it will have the greatest impact.

We know our pupils well and use robust assessment, attendance and wellbeing information to ensure support is timely, targeted and effective. Together, we take collective responsibility for fostering inclusion, aspiration and success, ensuring every disadvantaged pupil is fully prepared for the next stage of their education and life.

As a Catholic school, this commitment is guided by our mission to recognise the God-given dignity and unique potential of every child, ensuring that all pupils are known, valued and supported to flourish. Inspired by the Gospel values of justice, compassion and service, we strive to promote the common good by ensuring that disadvantage is never a barrier to achievement, participation or a sense of belonging within our school community.
